Studio
An independent studio. App Lab Works designs and builds software for Apple platforms — iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. Design and engineering sit at the same desk, so nothing is lost between the sketch and the shipped app.
Few things, done properly. We make a small number of apps and give each the attention most products never get: the curve of a corner, the weight of a spring, the size of a word. Software you don’t have to think about, because we already did.
Principles
Small on purpose. Every app starts with one clear job. Features have to earn their place, and most of them never make the cut.
Native, end to end. Swift and Apple’s own frameworks, so what we make is fast, accessible and at home on your device from day one.
Private by default. Your data stays on your device or in your own iCloud. No ads, no third-party trackers, nothing about you for sale.
Made to last. Launch day is the beginning. What we ship stays working, updated and supported through every new OS release.
